A Mardsan Giberter for Farfie

I just got this worksheet in english. I'm not sure what this teaches us but it sure is hilarious! This is what it says:

Glis was very fraper. She had denarpen Farfie's mardsen. She didn't talp a giberter for him. So she colanted to plimp a mardsan blinky for him. She had just sparved the blinky when he jibbled in the gorger.
"Clorsty mardsan!" she boffed.
"That's a croustish mardsan blinky," boffed Farfie, "but my mardsan is on Stansan. Agsen is Kelsan."
"In that ruspen," boffed Glis, "I won't whank your giberter until Stansan."

Morning Wierdness

This morning something really strange happened to me. My alarm went off so I started to get up to get in the shower but I heard my mom in the shower so I laid back down to rest a little bit more before I would get up but I fell asleep. While sleeping I had a dream where my mom walked into the room and yelled, "EVERYBODY DANCE NOW!" and started dancing to the music of that song. I woke up to see my mom staring down at me. She motioned toward the shower saying, "C'mon, Ben, it's your turn now." At that point I wasn't sure if she meant dancing or taking a shower. How strange the human subconcious can be!

New Cell Phone!

My mom and my sister, Ellie were on a Verizon plan but my sister got a new phone and kept her number.Sinve it would have been dunb for my mom to pay money to take the unused phone of the line, I got the phone.Since Ellie kept her number mom and I had to activate it at the verizon store.The lady there said it would be free to get a new phone for me and that she was due for a new phone too.So we both got free phones and mine has pix, flix, and is basically an mp3 player!It's crazy!

How Gullible Are We?

A student at Eagle Rock Junior High won first prize at the Greater Idaho Falls Science Fair. He was attempting to show how conditioned we have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of everything in our environment. In his project he urged people to sign a petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical "dihydrogen monoxide." And for plenty of good reasons, since:

1. it can cause excessive sweating and vomiting
2. it is a major component in acid rain
3. it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
4. accidental inhalation can kill you
5. it contributes to erosion
6. it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
7. it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients

He asked 50 people if they supported a ban of the chemical.

43 said yes
6 were undecided
Only 1 knew that the chemical was water.

The title of his prize winning project was, "How Gullible Are We?" He feels the conclusion is obvious.

Camp

Last week,all week I went to Heritage Reservation and camped out there for boyscouts.I caught my first ever fish!!!!And I didn't even use a rod.The line snapped out of the reel so I just dropped the line in with a hook and some bait at the end and a huge sun-fish took it!It was the only fish I caught but still,it was fun.

Graduation!

My brother is graduating today!Emily, Dad and I are in Philadelphia, about to go there and watch him graduate.Ellie had to stay home, because her prom was on the same day, and mom stayed home too.Well, I gotta go now.Congrats Zack!
